Warehouse Administrator

As a Warehouse Administrator at ZEISS India, you will be responsible for a range of tasks related to warehouse and logistics activities, ensuring smooth operations from inbound to storage to outbound. Your key responsibilities will include: - Knowledge and execution of incoming inspection of stocks, material binning, putaway, picking, dispatch preparation, and outward documentation. - Maintaining inventory records and conducting regular cycle count processes. - Coordinating with inventory planner and other departments to ensure timely order shipments. - Issuing materials to production and resolving any errors in job ticket orders. - Ensuring clear packaging and dispatch for export and domestic shipments. - Coordinating with shipping companies for delivery arrangements. - Assisting with equipment maintenance and identifying areas for improvement in warehouse operations. - Managing SAP transactions and reporting for materials received. - Allocating manpower for daily inward and outward movements. To be successful in this role, you should have: - Sound knowledge of warehouse and logistics activities with perfect tracking. - Proficiency in SAP MM module, other ERP systems, MS Excel, and MS Word. - Effective communication skills for internal and external interactions. - Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions for decision-making. - Attention to detail to ensure accurate completion of tasks and records. - Willingness to learn, work independently, and adapt to flexible work timings. Requirements: - Minimum diploma or graduation completed. - 3-5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics. - Proficiency in English, computer operations, and MS Excel. - Knowledge of SAP MM module is a must; familiarity with the local language and EWM is an added advantage.
