Job Description

Location- Andheri West, MumbaiQualification- B.E, B.Tech Biomedical EngineeringExperience- Minimum 2+ years

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for smooth functioning of all medical equipments in the hospital.
To reduce down time of equipments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

To maintain installation record of each equipment/ accessories in the OT.
Attending to breakdown calls of medical equipments.
To do preventive maintenance of all medical equipments & record keeping for the same.
Attending to emergency calls during off duty time.
During new installations, meticulous supervision and taking stock of all equipments and accessories.
Undertaking any other works related to biomedical as and when directed by superiors & HOD.
Whenever an equipment fails, inform end users (surgeon/s) and OT manager, status of failure of each equipment and keep a close follow-up
To prepare a weekly status report of equipment under repairs of OT and forward the same to requisite authorities identified
