To collect medical, administrative, and other statistics required by the hospital and to provide health information for planning by the hospital. To provide health information for planning and evaluation of health care. To check daily Medical records and find out the problems in terms of completion of Medical Records and intimate to the higher authority as per the time framed defined. Properly maintain the documentation of MRD files.: . Comply with Municipal requirement regarding day to day birth & death registration. . Comply CDMO office requirement with regard to BTL & Green card. . Visit Police station & comply with MLC related requirement. . Visit any other office as per the order of operation manager for compliance. . Keeping records of discharged patients. . Filling of day correspondence. .
