Medical Records Technician

• To carry out technical analysis and evaluation of medical records in accordance with hospital standards.
• To collect medical, administrative, and other statistics required by the hospital and to provide health information for planning by the hospital.
• To provide health information for planning and evaluation of health care.
• To check daily Medical records and find out the problems in terms of completion of Medical Records and intimate to the higher authority as per the time framed defined.
• Properly maintain the documentation of MRD files.:

. Comply with Municipal requirement regarding day to day birth & death registration.

. Comply CDMO office requirement with regard to BTL & Green card.

. Visit Police station & comply with MLC related requirement.

. Visit any other office as per the order of operation manager for compliance.

. Keeping records of discharged patients.

. Filling of day correspondence.

. Follow up pending work with different offices and report the same to operation manager on day to day basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
