The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge in life sciences (Botany & Zoology), excellent classroom delivery skills, and the ability to create clear, well-structured study material and assessments. Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for content creation is a plus. Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging classroom lectures for Biology (Botany & Zoology) aligned with PUC/CBSE/competitive exam syllabi (as applicable). Prepare lesson plans, lecture notes, worksheets, and presentation slides. Design and set question papers, tests, quizzes, and periodic assessments. Create and format academic content (study guides, sample answers, model solutions). Demonstrate and supervise practicals/demonstrations where required (dissections, microscopy basics, experiments). Track student progress, provide feedback, and conduct doubt-clearing sessions. Maintain student records, attendance, and test results. (Preferred) Use AI tools like ChatGPT to speed up content creation, generate practice questions, and improve learning materials. Collaborate with the academic team on curriculum improvements and exam strategies. Eligibility & SkillsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology/Life Sciences (BSc/Zoology/Botany/MSc preferred). Strong command of core topics: Cell Biology, Genetics, Human Physiology, Plant Physiology, Ecology, Evolution, Microbiology, and Classification. Prior teaching experience in coaching institutes, schools, or tuition (preferred). Experience in preparing question papers and academic resources. Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable with classroom technology (PowerPoint, document formatting). Good organization skills and attention to detail. Ability to mentor and motivate students; good classroom management. Knowledge of AI/content-generation tools (ChatGPT etc.) is an advantage but not mandatory.
