Established in early 2019, the company supports the "Make In India" initiative by manufacturing IVD products under the ALLCARE brand, including Clinical Chemistry Reagents, Rapid Test kits, and POCT Analyzers. With nearly two decades of experience, Allied Biotechnology is trusted by reputable international manufacturers and has a strong sales and distribution network across India. The company is committed to reliability, service excellence, and continuous innovation in diagnostics, catering to both domestic and international markets.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Biochemistry Reagent Production Manager, located in Vasai. The role involves managing the daily operations of reagent production, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and overseeing the production team. Key responsibilities include planning and scheduling production activities, maintaining inventory levels, troubleshooting production issues, and implementing process improvements. The Production Manager will also be responsible doing Production of various Clinical Chemistry reagent production , ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining documentation related to production and quality control.

Qualifications

Experience in doin Clinical Chemistry reagent production, including planning, scheduling, and inventory maintenance
Knowledge of quality control standards and regulatory compliance in the biotechnology sector
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work on-site in Vasai
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field
Experience in the IVD industry is a plus
