Job Description

Conduct training sessions on BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and relevant tools. Teach BIM concepts including 3D modeling, clash detection, coordination, and documentation workflows. Prepare training materials, assignments, assessments, and certification tests. Guide learners through hands-on projects and assist them with real-time BIM workflows. Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, industry standards, and best practices. Provide individual and group mentoring for student improvement. Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports. Assist in course design, curriculum updates, and training quality enhancement. Collaborate with the academic team to organize workshops, seminars, and project reviews. Strong knowledge of Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP) and Navisworks. Understanding of BIM workflows, LOD standards, clash detection, coordination, and documentation. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, understandable ways. Prior teaching/training experience is a plus (but not mandatory). Certification in Revit/BIM is an added advantage.
