Job Title: BIM Trainer Department: Training Location: Payyannur Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced BIM (Building Information Modeling) Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to students, professionals, or internal staff. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with BIM software (such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.), strong communication skills, and a passion for teaching and upskilling others in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver training programs on BIM tools and workflows (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, etc.). Conduct both online and in-person training sessions tailored to different learner levels (beginner to advanced). Create training materials including manuals, presentations, exercises, and assessments. Stay up to date with the latest BIM trends, tools, and standards. Evaluate trainees’ progress and provide feedback to improve their learning experience. Customize training sessions based on industry requirements or client-specific workflows. Provide technical support and guidance to learners during and after training sessions. Collaborate with other trainers and technical teams to enhance the overall training strategy. Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in using BIM software such as: Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP) Navisworks AutoCAD BIM 360 Prior experience in a teaching or training role is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit learner needs.
