Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced BIM (Building Information Modeling) Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to students, professionals, or internal staff. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with BIM software (such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.), strong communication skills, and a passion for teaching and upskilling others in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs on BIM tools and workflows (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, etc.).
• Conduct both online and in-person training sessions tailored to different learner levels (beginner to advanced).
• Create training materials including manuals, presentations, exercises, and assessments.
• Stay up to date with the latest BIM trends, tools, and standards.
• Evaluate trainees’ progress and provide feedback to improve their learning experience.
• Customize training sessions based on industry requirements or client-specific workflows.
• Provide technical support and guidance to learners during and after training sessions.
• Collaborate with other trainers and technical teams to enhance the overall training strategy.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in using BIM software such as:
• Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP)
• Navisworks
• AutoCAD
• BIM 360 Prior experience in a teaching or training role is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit learner needs.
• Certification in Autodesk tools or similar credentials is an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
