BIM Trainer

EduCADD, a premier institution for professional training and skill development, is seeking an experienced and passionate BIM (Building Information Modeling) Trainer to join our faculty. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training on industry-leading BIM concepts, workflows and software to empower our students for successful careers in architecture, engineering, and construction.

Key Responsibilities

Instruction & Delivery: Conduct comprehensive training sessions (both theoretical and practical) on BIM process, workflows, standards and software, primarily Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, and MEP), Navisworks and other relevant platforms

Curriculum Development: Assist in updating and enhancing the BIM training curriculum, course materials, and training manuals to ensure alignment with current industry standards and best practices.

Student Assessment: Evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, and examinations, providing constructive feedback and support.

Hands-on Projects: Develop and guide students through real-world, industry-relevant BIM projects to reinforce learning.

Support & Mentorship: Provide one-on-one assistance and mentorship to students, addressing their technical queries and helping them build strong portfolio pieces.

Stay Updated: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest BIM technologies, trends, standards (e.g., ISO 19650), and software updates.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience working on live projects using BIM methodology.

Proven experience in training, teaching, or mentoring on technical subjects is highly preferred.

Technical Proficiency:

Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, and/or MEP).

Strong knowledge of BIM processes, workflows, coordination, and model management.

Familiarity with related software like AutoCAD, Revit (architecture, MEP and Structure), Navisworks

· Soft Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.

Patience and a passion for teaching and helping students succeed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
