Location: Durgapur | Employment Type: Full-Time

We are currently seeking experienced BIM Modelers with expertise in the following disciplines:

• Mechanical
• Electrical
• Architecture
• Structure

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate and detailed BIM models in line with project specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure effective model coordination and clash detection.
• Prepare shop drawings, quantity take-offs, and as-built documentation.
• Maintain compliance with company BIM protocols and project requirements.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in BIM modeling within the specified discipline.
• Strong knowledge of construction documentation, industry standards, and modeling workflows.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
