Job Description: We are looking for a Professional BIM Modeller’s to our organization. The ideal candidate shall be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating the 3D BIM models for various construction projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. This role requires expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM-related software to create detailed models and project documentation. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain BIM models for Architectural, Structural and Interior Design disciplines based on project requirements. Interpret and translate Architectural, Structural and Interior into accurate 3D BIM models. Generate Detailed drawings, Shop drawings, and Construction sequence Documentations using Revit & AutoCAD. Coordinate and collaborate with Architects, Engineers & Contractors to ensure seamless model integration. Conduct/perform Clash detection & resolutions using Navisworks or similar tools. Implement and maintain BIM standards, Level of Development (LOD) requirements & Project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) . Update and modify models based on Design changes and project requirements. Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on BIM best practices . Qualifications & Skills: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering 1 to 2 years of experience as a BIM Modeler or in a similar role. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM-related software. Experience in BIM Co-ordination & Clash detection workflows . Ability to work as a team and collaborate effectively with different disciplines. Strong Problem-solving skills and attention to detail .
