We specialize in providing comprehensive design and drafting services for a variety of building types according to International Standards. Our services include complete MEP designs, calculations, drafting, and the preparation of detailed quantitative BOQs and specifications.

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Chennai Area for a Public Health / Plumbing (PH) BIM Modeler. The PH BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing and maintaining 3D models for plumbing and public health systems, ensuring clash-free coordination in building designs, and collaborating with the design team to produce detailed drawings and sections. The role includes the day-to-day tasks of preparing comprehensive MEP designs, performing calculations, and providing drafting services while adhering to industry standards and project timelines.

Qualifications:

• Experience Required:

  3-15+ Years

• BE / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Knowledge Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
