Key Responsibilities

• Strong interest in learning and growing within the BIM domain
• Efficient time management and task ownership
• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using BIM software
• Ensure model compliance with industry standards and project specifications
• Perform clash detection and coordinate design issue resolutions
• Update and revise models based on feedback and project changes
• Conduct model quality checks for accuracy and completeness
• Knowledge or hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit is an added advantage

Qualification

B.Tech (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) – Mandatory

2025 pass-outs preferred
Experience: 0–1 year
