We are looking for a skilled Mechanical & Electrical BIM Modeler to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing accurate 3D BIM models for mechanical and electrical systems across various construction projects. You will work closely with MEP engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated, clash-free, and buildable designs in line with project standards. Key Responsibilities: Create and manage coordinated 3D BIM models for mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) and electrical systems (lighting, power, low voltage, etc.) using Revit MEP. Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate integration of MEP models with architectural and structural designs. Prepare detailed construction drawings, shop drawings, and schedules from the BIM models. Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or similar tools, and support issue resolution. Follow project BIM Execution Plans and adhere to company and client BIM standards. Update models based on design changes and site modifications. Support engineers with modeling tasks and contribute to design development where required. Participate in coordination meetings and provide input from a modeling perspective.
