Our locations include Chennai, Bengaluru, Dhaka, Hyderabad, Melbourne, Sivakasi, and Dubai. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler, located in Sivakasi. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating detailed Building Information Models for MEPF systems, collaborating with design teams, and ensuring models comply with project standards and requirements. Daily tasks include reviewing project documents, creating and updating models, coordinating with other disciplines, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date model information. Qualifications Proficient in BIM software such as Revit and Navisworks Experience in MEPF coordination and design Skills in 3D modeling and clash detection Understanding of construction processes and project standards Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work on-site in Sivakasi or Chennai Qualifications in Engineering or a related field Show more Show less
