Our cutting-edge solutions are tailored towards enhancing the well-being of individuals by addressing intricate challenges through innovative, technology-driven methods. As a full-time BIM Modeler at Innowell Group's Virudhunagar location, your key responsibilities will revolve around the creation and maintenance of detailed BIM models. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with architects and engineers, and be involved in the preparation of construction drawings. This on-site role necessitates meticulous modeling to ensure accuracy and seamless coordination with project teams throughout the process. To excel in this role, you should possess expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and display adeptness in Architecture and Construction Drawings. Proficiency in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) modeling is essential, along with a solid understanding of sustainability practices in building design. Familiarity with building codes and regulations is crucial, as is the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within a team environment. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field will be advantageous in fulfilling the requirements of this position.,
