Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler-MEP located in Sivakasi. The BIM Modeler-MEP will be responsible for developing and managing BIM models with a focus on MEP systems. Day-to-day tasks include creating and maintaining construction drawings, collaborating with the architecture and engineering teams, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of BIM data. The role demands a thorough understanding of MEP systems and the ability to implement BIM strategies effectively.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Modeler skills
• Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining construction drawings
• Knowledge of architectural and construction principles
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Experience with BIM software (e.g., Revit) is a plus
