BIM Modeler-MEP

As a BIM Modeler-MEP at Innowell, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing BIM models with a specific focus on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining construction drawings, collaborating closely with architecture and engineering teams, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of BIM data. To excel in this role, you must possess expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) along with strong modeling skills. Your experience with MEP systems will be essential, as well as your proficiency in generating and updating construction drawings. A solid understanding of architectural and construction principles will further enhance your contributions to the team. Effective communication and teamwork are key aspects of this position, as you will be working closely with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality BIM solutions. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field are also required qualifications for this role. If you have experience with BIM software such as Revit, it would be considered a plus.
