Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler at Innowell Group located in Virudhunagar. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed BIM models, collaborating with architects and engineers, and preparing construction drawings. The role involves working on-site to ensure accurate modeling and coordination with project teams. Qualifications Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Modeler skills Experience in Architecture and Construction Drawings Proficiency in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) modeling Knowledge of sustainability practices in building design Strong understanding of building codes and regulations Effective communication and teamwork skills Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field Show more Show less
