Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler located in Ahmedabad. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models, preparing detailed construction drawings, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure coordination. The role will include working on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, reviewing architectural designs, and identifying and resolving potential clashes. Additionally, the BIM Modeler will maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Modeler-related tasks
• Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings
• Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) coordination
• Strong understanding of architectural design, drafting, and modeling processes
• Attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in BIM and CAD software
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams to meet project goals
• Familiarity with industry standards and practices related to the AEC industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
