The Job Description for BIM Manager is as below


As BIM Manager, you will assume a leadership role in managing multiple Architecture, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting) BIM projects simultaneously. With at least 20+ years of experience in the field, your responsibilities will encompass team management, project management, client engagement, business development, budget oversight, and the implementation of industry best practices in BIM project management.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Project Management:

- Lead and manage multiple BIM projects concurrently, ensuring their successful execution from inception to completion.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and workflows to optimize project delivery.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams, ensuring they adhere to established BIM standards and methodologies.

- Proactively identify and address project-related challenges and issues. Handle QA/QC including Clash Co-ordination.


2. Client Engagement:

- Serve as the principal point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and lasting client relationships.

- Attend client meetings to thoroughly understand their project requirements, provide updates on project progress, and promptly address any concerns or inquiries.

- Collaborate with clients to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed their expectations.


3. Business Development:

- Actively participate in business meetings to contribute to the growth and expansion of the organization's BIM services.

- Leverage your extensive industry experience to identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and showcase the company's advanced BIM capabilities.

- Collaborate with the business development team to win and secure new projects.


4. Budget and Timeline Oversight:

- Exercise meticulous oversight of project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure projects remain financially viable.

- Implement cost-effective strategies without compromising project quality or client satisfaction.

- Maintain rigorous control over project timelines, taking prompt corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.


5. Best Practices Implementation:

- Establish and enforce industry-leading best practices in BIM project management, ensuring adherence to relevant industry standards and guidelines.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the BIM team.

- Stay abreast of the latest developments in BIM technology and methodologies and incorporate them into project workflows.

Must be well versed in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360,
