Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Manager to lead and manage the Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across large-scale UAE construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth technical expertise in BIM technologies, particularly Revit, and a strong understanding of multi-disciplinary coordination. The role demands leadership, technical proficiency, and strategic implementation of BIM standards, workflows, and project execution plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage BIM implementation across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensure adherence to project-specific BIM protocols.
• Oversee the production and coordination of LOD 300–500 BIM models for UAE-based projects.
• Manage clash detection and resolution processes using tools such as Navisworks Manage and Revit.
• Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors for seamless integration of design and construction data.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to BIM modelers and Revit technicians.
• Conduct QA/QC reviews of BIM models and project documentation to ensure compliance with project and industry standards.
• Maintain and manage BIM content libraries, templates, and standards.
• Stay current with UAE authority regulations, BIM trends, and emerging technologies.
• Lead BIM meetings, presentations, and training sessions as required.

Candidate Requirements:

• 8–12 years of experience in BIM management, with proven leadership in UAE-based projects.
• Expert-level proficiency in Revit Architecture, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools.
• Strong understanding of multi-disciplinary coordination, construction sequencing, and BIM for FM.
• Excellent knowledge of UAE building codes, authority submission processes, and industry standards.
• Ability to lead teams, manage complex workflows, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, both technical and interpersonal.
• Experience with cloud-based BIM collaboration platforms (e.g., BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Professional BIM Certification (Autodesk Certified Professional, RICS BIM Manager, etc.) is a strong plus.
• Experience with ISO 19650 standards implementation is preferred.
