Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Manager - Scan2BIM located in Ahmedabad. The BIM Manager will be responsible for managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, coordinating BIM projects, and ensuring successful virtual design and construction. Daily tasks include collaborating with architectural and MEP teams, overseeing project execution, and ensuring accurate and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination skills
• Must have 5+ years experience in US based projects in scan to BIM or Cad to BIM
• Experience in Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) processes
• Knowledge and skills in Architecture
• Familiarity with Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP)
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
