Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Manager based in Ahmedabad. As a BIM Manager, you will oversee Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and workflows, ensuring accuracy and consistency in project design documentation. Your responsibilities will include coordinating BIM activities across multidisciplinary teams, managing virtual design processes, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and MEP professionals. The role also involves ensuring compliance with project specifications while optimizing efficiency in design and construction processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination
• In-depth knowledge of Virtual Design and Construction principles
• Strong expertise in Architecture and related design practices
• Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in building projects
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools
• A degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
