Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on 

    Common Data Environment (CDE)

     for project collaboration and information management.
  • Coordinate with site teams to ensure smooth implementation of BIM workflows.
  • Support 

    construction planning, scheduling, and estimation

     using BIM tools.
  • Prepare, update, and manage project schedules in 

    MS Project

    .
  • Assist in project execution by integrating BIM with on-site activities.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of project data.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 

    3 years of site experience

     in construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of 

    BIM, construction planning, estimation, and scheduling

    .
  • Proficiency in 

    MS Project

     (knowledge of Primavera is a plus).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management or related field.
  • Exposure to large-scale construction projects is desirable.
