BIM Coordinator / Lead (Architecture & Interior Design)

Role Summary:

Leads BIM implementation for Architecture & ID disciplines, ensures model coordination,

quality control, and compliance with BIM standards.

Responsibilities:

o  Manage BIM setup, work-sharing, and coordination.

o  Conduct QA/QC checks, clash detection, and resolve design issues.

o  Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP).

o  Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients.

o  Mentor and guide junior BIM team members.

o  Bachelor’s in Architecture/Interior Design.

o  4+ years BIM experience, 2+ years in coordination/lead role.

o  Strong skills in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.

o  Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards.
