The role requires excellent attention for detailing and proficiency in Interior Fit-out drawings. Candidates must have experience in ID consultancy / Architectural Design company. Requirements: o Interior Design Diploma / NCVT in Civil / Architectural draughtsman / Diploma in Architectural assistantship / or a related field is typically required. o GCC experience in relevant post – minimum 5 years o Proficiency in interior fit-out Drawings, Design Development & Issued for Construction Drawings. o Experience in co-ordination with Structural, MEP and Interior design requirements o Drafting and Design: Produce detailed Interior Fit-out drawings using AutoCAD / Revit. o Prepare list of drawings, drawings resister, design Timeline schedule program, finishing schedule, legend of finishes, door schedules, toilets and bathrooms details, staircase details, roof and waterproof details etc…. o Ability to create 2D working drawings (in AutoCAD / Revit) from the approved 3D model (3D max, Sketch Up or Revit …) o Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. o Problem-solving: Identify and resolve design issues or discrepancies that may arise during the design and construction process. o Collaboration: Collaborate with architects and other team members to understand project requirements, objectives, and design intent. 📧 How to Apply: If you are interested, you may walk in directly on the mentioned dates.
