Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Udaipur for a BIM Architect. The BIM Architect will be responsible for developing and managing comprehensive architectural drawings, BIM models, and construction drawings. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with other project stakeholders, handling submittals, and ensuring that all design elements align with project goals and standards. The BIM Architect will work on diverse project types, from concept through completion, emphasizing high-quality design outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Drawings
• Software: Revit(expert),AutoCAD(Expert)
• Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Experience with Construction Drawings and Submittals
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Professional certification in BIM or related software is a plus
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices
