BIM Architect

As a BIM Architect at Illumine-i, you will play a crucial role in providing modelling support throughout the design phase as part of a global support team that focuses on digitalizing everything. Here's what you can expect in this role: - Prepare Architecture and Structural BIM models along with construction drawings. - Review Architects" and Structural Engineers" designs to assist in developing BIM models and design documents. - Perform tasks such as verifying BIM model integrity, conducting clash detection coordination meetings, and collaborating with other disciplines. - Conduct walkthroughs of models using Revit for project stakeholders and offer conceptual input during the planning stages. - Regularly communicate with other disciplines, trade partners, clients, and project engineers to support project production. - Actively seek opportunities to contribute to business success through proactive involvement in team initiatives. Essential Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related field. - 2-4 years of specific Architectural and Structural discipline Modeling, Coordination, and Clash Resolution experience. - Strong expertise in Revit. - Hands-on experience in developing various stages of drawings. - Good understanding of Schematic, Single Line Diagrams, and IFC to develop BIM Models using Autodesk Revit. - Detailed knowledge of a project's stages, scopes, and deliverables. - Knowledge of coordinating all MEP services concerning Architecture, Structure, and Inter-Disciplinary MEP services. - Proficiency in Clash Detection using Autodesk Navisworks and preparing RFIs related to Clash or Coordination issues. - Basic knowledge of all Architectural services design. - Understanding of the Legends for various disciplines of Architectural services.
