BIM Architect

You will be joining Studio Karyashala, a multidisciplinary architectural and interior design studio located in Udaipur, Rajasthan. Co-founded by architect Pragati Soni, the studio is dedicated to crafting designs that hold significance for users, context, and culture. Studio Karyashala specializes in residential, commercial, institutional, and public projects, focusing on functionality, sustainability, and local craftsmanship. By amalgamating modern techniques with timeless materials, the studio harmonizes tradition and innovation, particularly in rural and semi-urban areas. A collaborative design approach, attention to detail, and a coherent design narrative are integral to the studio's philosophy. As a BIM Architect, you will be employed full-time at the Udaipur site. Your primary responsibilities will encompass the development and management of comprehensive architectural drawings, BIM models, and construction drawings. Daily tasks will involve collaborating with various project stakeholders, managing submittals, and ensuring the alignment of all design elements with project objectives and standards. Your role will span across diverse project categories, from conceptualization to completion, with a keen focus on achieving superior design outcomes. Key Qualifications for this position include proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Drawings, expertise in Revit (expert level) and AutoCAD (expert level) software, adeptness in Building Information Modeling (BIM), experience with Construction Drawings and Submittals, strong project management and coordination skills, exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities, effective communication and teamwork skills, a Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field, professional certification in BIM or related software is advantageous, and knowledge of sustainable design practices.,
