Job summary

The Billing & Planning Engineer will play a crucial role in managing billing processes and planning activities for construction projects, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards. The role requires a blend of engineering expertise and financial acumen to drive successful project deliveries within the Residential and Institutional sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Billing Management: Oversee and manage the entire billing process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
• Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment, for various stages of construction projects.
• Project Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules to track progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Contract Compliance: Ensure all billing and planning activities are in compliance with contractual obligations and local regulations.
• Reporting: Compile and present regular financial reports and project status updates to stakeholders and management.
• Resource Allocation: Coordinate with project teams to allocate resources efficiently, optimizing cost and time commitments.
• Software Proficiency: Primavera P6, AutoCAD, Revit

Key Requirements

• Experience: 1-4 years of experience in billing and planning within the construction or civil engineering sector.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field such as B.Tech/B.E.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction planning and billing software, essential for executing job responsibilities effectively.
