Billing Executive

You are needed to join the team at Purackal Honda as a Billing Executive. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately preparing and processing customer invoices for two-wheeler sales, accessories, and services. You will be ensuring the correct application of all details such as taxes, discounts, and offers to the bills. Additionally, you will handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies and update billing records as required. It is essential to collaborate with the sales and service teams to maintain accurate documentation for all transactions. At the end of each day, you will reconcile cash and card transactions to ensure accuracy. You will also assist in preparing reports for management related to sales and revenue, ensuring compliance with showroom policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations. Lastly, your role will involve responding to customer inquiries regarding billing issues or discrepancies in a professional manner. - Prepare and process customer invoices accurately for two-wheeler sales, accessories, and services. - Ensure correct application of details including taxes, discounts, and offers to the bill. - Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds per company policies and update billing records. - Collaborate with sales and service teams for accurate documentation of transactions. - Reconcile cash and card transactions daily for correctness. - Assist in preparing reports for management on sales and revenue. - Ensure compliance with showroom policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations. - Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing issues professionally. - Freshers or one year experienced candidates are preferred. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in billing and data entry. - Good understanding of billing systems, accounting practices, and tax regulations. - Ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively. - Basic knowledge of two-wheelers, accessories, and related services. - Proficiency in billing software, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools. - Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. - Strong organizational and time-management skills.
