Billing Executive

You are needed at Purackal Honda as a Billing Executive to manage billing processes, invoicing accuracy, and financial transactions for two-wheeler sales and services. Your responsibilities will include: - Prepare and process customer invoices for two-wheeler sales, accessories, and services accurately. - Ensure correct application of all details like taxes, discounts, and offers on the bill. - Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds following company policies, updating billing records accordingly. - Collaborate with sales and service teams for accurate transaction documentation. - Reconcile cash and card transactions daily for accuracy. - Assist in generating sales and revenue reports for management. - Ensure compliance with showroom policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations. - Professionally respond to customer inquiries about billing issues or discrepancies. You are expected to have the following skills and qualifications: - Freshers or candidates with one year of experience are preferred. - Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy in billing and data entry. - Good understanding of billing systems, accounting practices, and tax regulations. - Ability to effectively handle customer queries and complaints. - Basic knowledge of two-wheelers, accessories, and related services. - Proficiency in using billing software, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools. - Good communication skills and capability to work in a team environment. - Strong organizational and time-management skills.
