We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive to manage and execute the billing operations at our Carrying & Forwarding (C&F) unit in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate billing, adherence to GST and drug regulatory compliance, and coordination with sales, warehouse, and accounts departments. Key Responsibilities:Prepare invoices for stock dispatched to distributors as per sales orders. Verify product codes, batch numbers, MRP, GST, and expiry dates before billing. Ensure billing is done according to applicable GST norms and drug control laws. Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records in ERP or billing software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Marg, etc.). Reconcile billed vs dispatched quantities and ensure stock accuracy. Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch team for timely invoice generation and stock movement. Handle credit/debit notes, returns, and cancellations. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports for management. Liaise with auditors and finance team during audits. Ensure compliance with all C&F operational SOPs and pharma regulations.
