Job Title: Billing Executive Location: Anchepalya, Bangalore Experience Required: 0.5–3 years Employment Type: Full-time Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive with 0.5–3 years of experience to manage billing, cash handling, and related documentation efficiently. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of billing systems/software, and be capable of handling day-to-day billing operations independently. Key Responsibilities:Prepare accurate bills/invoices for customers using the billing system. Handle cash, card, and online payments and ensure accurate daily cash closing. Maintain proper records of all billing transactions and receipts. Ensure timely generation and submission of bills to customers or departments. Coordinate with the store/operations teams for item codes, prices, and stock updates. Maintain billing software entries and perform regular data backups. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing and collection reports. Respond to billing-related queries and resolve any discrepancies. Ensure all transactions comply with company policy and accounting procedures. Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 0.5–3 years of experience in a billing or cashier role. Proficient in billing software & MS Excel. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash responsibly. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively. Basic accounting knowledge is an added advantage. Education:Graduate in Commerce or any related field preferred.
