Reporting & Feedback: Maintain accurate records of calls, sales activities, and market trends. Provide regular feedback to management regarding sales progress, customer inquiries, and competitor activities. Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all promotional activities are conducted in line with the company’s ethical guidelines and the relevant healthcare regulations. Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to healthcare professionals by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with products. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field. A medical background or prior pharmaceutical experience is a plus. Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
