Job Description

Prepare and generate customer bills/invoices for milk and dairy product dispatches. Verify dispatch data, stock, and rates before billing. Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams for accurate billing inputs. Maintain billing records and ensure timely data entry in the ERP system. Handle customer queries related to billing, if any. Ensure compliance with company billing policies and procedures. Generate daily billing and dispatch reports for management. Graduate in Commerce or related field. Minimum 1 years of experience in billing/accounts (preferably in FMCG or dairy sector). Knowledge of billing software/ERP (Tally, SAP, etc.). Willingness to work night shifts.
