Position Summary: GS Furnishings seeks a meticulous and dependable Billing Executive to oversee the timely and accurate preparation of invoices, as well as the diligent recording of daily purchases and expense entries. The ideal candidate shall possess an unflappable attention to detail, a steadfast commitment to numerical accuracy, and the grace to navigate financial records with the quiet efficiency of a well-oiled ledger. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, issue, and dispatch customer invoices in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring all charges are correctly reflected in accordance with agreed pricing, contracts, or purchase orders. Record daily purchase entries and expense transactions into the accounting system with scrupulous accuracy, maintaining a clear and auditable trail. Reconcile vendor bills against delivery notes, purchase orders, and internal approvals prior to payment processing. Liaise courteously with internal departments and external vendors to clarify discrepancies or obtain supporting documentation as needed. Maintain an orderly and up-to-date filing system—both digital and physical—for all billing and purchase-related documentation. Assist in month-end closing activities by providing accurate billing and expense summaries. Adhere strictly to company policies and statutory compliance requirements concerning financial documentation and data privacy.
