Job Summary:

The Billing Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end client billing processes, ensuring accuracy in duty slips, resolving discrepancies, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and supporting timely client invoicing and revenue recognition.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare accurate and timely invoices based on booking data and approved duty slips.

· Validate duty slips for KMs, hours, passenger signatures, and vendor details.

· Coordinate with operations, vendors, and clients for billing-related clarifications.

· Ensure all billing entries are aligned with client-specific formats and agreements.

· Follow up on pending documents and bookings queries from vendors and operations teams.

· Handle client audit queries, billing escalation and provide supporting documents.

· Monitor billing cycle delays and escalate issues proactively.

· Maintain digital and physical billing records for audit and MIS purposes.

· Reconcile booking data with MIS and finalize billing sheets.

Requirements:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration or related field.

· Experience: 1–3 years in billing, invoicing and preferably in a transport or service industry.

· Skills:

o Strong attention to detail and accuracy

o Basic knowledge of GST and invoice compliance

o Excellent Excel and MIS reporting skills

o Good communication and coordination skills

o Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred:

· Experience with client-specific portals (e.g., Coupa, SAP, Fr8First (RIL) etc.)

· Exposure to transport or facility management billing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
