Billing Executive

We are currently looking for a Billing Executive to join our administrative and accounts team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable working with MARG software. This role is vital for ensuring accurate and timely billing, which supports our overall business efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage invoices accurately using MARG software
• Cross-check purchase orders, delivery challans, and product rates
• Ensure timely billing for all dispatches and customer orders
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and accounts teams for billing accuracy
• Maintain up-to-date records of all transactions and bill copies
• Resolve billing-related queries from internal teams or customers
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing and stock reports
• Support inventory entry and product rate updates in the software
• Follow company processes and compliance norms in all billing activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of billing, invoicing, or accounts preferred
• Proficiency or working knowledge of MARG software is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry
• Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude
• Freshers are welcome – training will be provided
