Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Cross-checking documents, stock entries, and outgoing materials. Maintaining registers and daily operational records accurately. Handling filing and proper documentation of office and delivery-related records. Assisting in overall office coordination and supporting daily activities. Reporting regularly to the Head Office with updates and summaries. Handling emergency deliveries using a two-wheeler when required. Ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods/documents to clients. Requirements: Should possess a valid two-wheeler license. Basic knowledge of document handling and office coordination. Ability to follow instructions and report accurately. Should be punctual, responsible, and willing to work flexibly.
