Billing Engineer

 Study the approved drawings  Verify the work done is as per the drawings  Visiting site to assure the work is done appropriately and as per the design  Prepare measurement sheet from onsite data & drawings  Prepare bill of quantities & bills with rates from Tender  Analysis of rates of Non BOQ items  Coordinate with Project Head to assure extra material has been used or not  Inspecting the work as per architectural & structural drawing and maintaining the record of inspection.  Implementation of Quality Assurance Plan.  If extra material/work is used or has been done raise JMR (joint measurement report) and coordinate about the same to the client  Prepare measurement sheet from onsite data & drawings  Develop rate analysis, take approval and get the bills certified from the client  To fetch the actual measurement of the site from the site engineer.  Timely Estimating & Billing, Excellent knowledge of BBS.  Checking and approving the quantities for the extra items / Substituted items.  Checking and approving the rate analysis for the extra items.  To process it as per the protocol of the company.  Develop deviation sheet if there is any difference between planned vs. actual quantity used  Assisting Project Manager in reconciliation & certification of final bills of contractors, suppliers, vendors and consultants for the project.  Assisting Project Manager in Preparation of Project close out report and submitting the same to the clients for its approval.  Preparation of draft Abstract & certificate of payment & billing related Formats. File: Manager Page 2 of 2  To interact with the Project Manager & Project Engineers to ascertain that certification as per drawing / proper execution as per plan.  Generate invoice as per the approved measurement and submitting it to the client  Resolve any invoice queries of the client
