Study tender documents and verify the BOQ as per purchase orderPreparing the project bar chartSite infra plan in auto cadMaintain the Drawing registerIdentify and calculate the resourcesList out the required materials and indentPreparing the budget with the help of PMPreparing cash flowCalculate the asset requirementsPreparing BBS and get certified from clientMaintaining the ERP data related to planning and budgetVendor registration and preparing work orderMaintain the hold and hindrance registerPreparing Daily progress reportEnter the DLR / DPR data in ERP on daily basisPreparing the bought-out item listPreparing PRM data on monthly basisPreparing labor and material reconciliationPreparing client bill on monthly basisPreparing labour bill on monthly basisPreparing ABC (Activity Based Costing)Preparing the Internal and Client MOMIdentify extra items and submit Rate AnalysisPreparing cost comparison dataDocuments records and controlling as per ISO requirementsPreparing the data for PO amendmentPreparing the project close out dataRecording the free issue materialsAttend the ISO audit.
