Key Responsibilities:

Prepare
client and subcontractor bills
as per project timelines
Work with the site team to verify and record actual quantities executed
Maintain and track
BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
and update project-wise billing status
Ensure compliance with project contracts, drawings, and specifications
Coordinate with
site engineers, contractors, and clients
for billing approvals
Handle
reconciliation of materials and subcontractor bills
Prepare and maintain
project cost reports and cash flows
Monitor
progress billing
and ensure timely payments

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Diploma
in Civil Engineering or equivalent
4 to 5 years of
experience in construction billing
(residential/commercial projects preferred)
Proficient in
MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP software
(if applicable)
Strong knowledge of
measurement, estimation, and BOQ
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects
