Job Description

Prepare RA bills, final bills, and subcontractor bills as per project progress.
Conduct quantity take-off from approved drawings and verify site measurements.
Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and ensure alignment with contract specifications.
Coordinate with the site team, planning, and procurement for cost and billing accuracy.
Maintain billing records, reconciliation statements, and financial documentation.
Monitor project budgets, cost variations, and prepare deviation/extra item claims.
Ensure compliance with company, contractual, and statutory billing standards.
Assist in rate analysis and tender documentation when required.
Present billing reports to management on work progress and financial status.
Handle client correspondence related to billing and approvals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
