Job Description

Generate and submit draft invoices to Project Managers accurately and in a timely manner.
Verify billing data for accuracy and completeness in accordance with project contract documentation.
Review changes with Project Managers and make timely updates.
Compile invoice support and backup documentation for each invoice.
Prepare and submit final invoices to clients.
Collaborate with relevant departments to gather necessary billing information.

Record Keeping

Maintain organized and up-to-date billing records.
Track and document all billing-related transactions.
Generate regular reports on billing activities.

Communication

Address client billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
Work closely with internal teams (sales, finance, operations) to obtain required information.

Compliance

Ensure adherence to billing policies, procedures, and regulations.
Provide support for client audits of project billings.

Problem Resolution

Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or issues.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve billing-related challenges.

Quality Control

Conduct audits to maintain billing accuracy.
Implement quality control measures to improve billing processes.
