Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and generate sales invoices, delivery challans, and GST-compliant bills
  • Ensure accurate billing as per dispatch, GRN, and approved rates
  • Coordinate with warehouse team for daily dispatch and inward/outward records
  • Maintain billing data, invoice registers, and dispatch records
  • Verify quantities, rates, taxes, and discounts before invoice generation
  • Handle billing-related queries from clients, transporters, and internal teams
  • Ensure timely submission of invoices to accounts for payment follow-up
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance
  • Update billing information in ERP/software systems
  • Assist in month-end billing reconciliation and reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
