Billing and Invoice Specialist

Role Overview: As a Billing Specialist in the field of US Logistics, you will play a key role in managing invoicing processes for clients on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include creating and handling invoices, managing account statuses and balances, identifying inconsistencies, issuing and posting bills, receipts, and invoices, as well as coordinating for Proof of Deliveries (PODs). Additionally, you will be tasked with generating reports as per management requirements and ensuring the accurate and timely distribution of management reports. Key Responsibilities: - Create and handle invoices for clients on a daily basis - Manage account statuses and balances - Identify inconsistencies in billing processes - Issue and post bills, receipts, and invoices - Coordinate for Proof of Deliveries (PODs) - Generate reports as per management requirements - Ensure accurate and timely distribution of management reports Qualifications Required: - Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or an MBA - Have a minimum of 9 months to a maximum of 2 years of experience in US Logistics billing - Be well-organized, detail-oriented, and have knowledge of PCS - Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of individuals - Stay focused in a fast-paced environment - Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Presentation and negotiation skills - Proficiency in MS Office - Familiarity with accounting software such as Fleet Manager and Truck Mate will be considered a plus - High level of enthusiasm and passion for the role Additional Company Details: This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position offering a competitive salary that is best in the market.
