Job brief: We are looking for a Fleet Manager to join our team to oversee the purchasing and maintenance of vehicles to maximize our profitability. Fleet Manager responsibilities include recruiting drivers, maintaining vehicle serving records and ensuring operational efficiency across the fleet throughout the year. Ultimately, you will work closely with Delivery Drivers and Auto Mechanics in our organization to ensure operations run smoothly and our vehicles are maintained based on our organization's standards. Responsibilities: - Develop efficient driver schedules to maximize profits - Manage drivers so they adhere to strict schedules - Register and license all vehicles under their management - Find ways to cut costs and maximize profits - Develop strategies for greater fuel efficiency - Maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection Requirements and skills: - Proven work experience as a Fleet Manager or similar role - Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills - Attention to detail to ensure records are kept as needed - Exceptional interpersonal skills to work with various departments - A bachelor's degree in logistics or accounting is preferred - Relevant training and/or certifications as a Fleet Manager - KPI: Optimize fleet running pan India - Ensure fleet on road time - Coordinate with branches and plan return loads - Main KPI will be number of trips/vehicle and daily vehicle run rate

Roles and Responsibilities Recruit, train, and lead Fleet Coaches to enhance rider sourcing & performance. Monitor and optimize rider efficiency, delivery times, and order completion rates. Design rider delivery rates and incentives for commercial efficiency and competitive engagement. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company standards. Analyze delivery data and implement strategies to improve operational performance. Address customer complaints and drive continuous improvement in service quality. Develop strategic partnerships to expand the rider network and optimize costs. Generate reports on KPIs, fleet utilization and performance, and business growth. Onboard, foster & grow clients for areas under management purview. Data Analysis & Excel Proficiency (9/10): Advanced skills in MS Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization. Stakeholder Management (10/10): Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively. Budget Management (Preferred): Basic understanding of budget tracking and resource allocation
