As a Billing Specialist in the field of US Logistics, you will play a key role in managing invoicing processes for clients on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include creating and handling invoices, managing account statuses and balances, identifying inconsistencies, issuing and posting bills, receipts, and invoices, as well as coordinating for Proof of Deliveries (PODs). Additionally, you will be tasked with generating reports as per management requirements and ensuring the accurate and timely distribution of management reports. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or an MBA, along with a minimum of 9 months to a maximum of 2 years of experience in US Logistics billing.
